About coordination of monitoring bodies at road check points through customs border of the Republic of Tajikistan by the principle "One stop"

According to article 14 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan", Articles 77 and 470 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Determine Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the body coordinating the activities of bodies of public service for supervision and regulation in the field of transport, veterinary, phytosanitary and sanitary and quarantine control connected with movement of goods and vehicles through customs border of the Republic of Tajikistan.

2. To Customs Service under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan in case of approval of the relevant ministries and departments based on the current legislation to develop and provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan Rules of coordination of activities of monitoring bodies at road check points through customs border of the Republic of Tajikistan by the principle "One stop".
