About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About advertizing"

4. In Article 5:

- the fourth to exclude part;

- in part five of the word "respectively in other languages lowercase letters" shall be replaced with words "in other languages".

5. In part two of Article 8 of the word to "advantage, honor and reputation" shall be replaced with words to "honor, advantage and goodwill".

6. Article 11 part one in paragraph four to replace the word "dramatized programmes" with the word "broadcasts".

7. To state part one of Article 13 in the following edition:

"Advertizing as a part of audiovisual works without the consent of owners of property copyright of these works is forbidden.".
