About innovative activities
This Law determines organizational, legal, economic bases, conditions of forming and realization of the state innovative policy and governs the public relations in this area.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:
- innovative activities - the activities connected with development and deployment of innovation (new or advanced results of scientific research, developmental works or other scientific and technical achievements) and directed to finishing it before the market in the form of new or advanced products, services, method of production or other socially useful result;
- innovation - the innovation in the field of the equipment, technologies, works, services or management based on use of achievements of the science and advanced technology having outstanding production and public performance;
- innovative products - the result of innovative activities expressed in the form of new products, works and services, method of production or other result, highly effective for society, or result of transfer of the existing products, services, methods of production and other socially useful results;
- the innovative project - the result of intellectual potential of physical persons and legal entities promoting use of the new ideas developed for the purpose of development of science and implementation of modern technologies;
- innovative potential - complex of different forms of the intellectual, financial, production and technological, legal and other resources necessary for realization of innovative activities;
- the state innovative policy - the activities of state bodies aimed at the development and state regulation of innovative activities, development of the mechanism and its realization;
- the strategy of innovative development - government package of measures which basis is constituted by long-term priorities, the purposes and tasks of innovative policy of the Republic of Tajikistan;
