About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Tajikistan

1) Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 29, 2008, No. 450 "About modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 10, 2007," to state to No. 143 in the following edition:

"2. 10, of 11, of 12, of 13, 14 and 15 respectively to consider Items Items 11, of 12, of 13, of 14, 15 and 16.".

2) In the Presidential decree of the Republic of Tajikistan of January 10, 2007, No. 143 "About Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan" to make the following changes and additions:
