1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on stationary Items of observations.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 10, 1996 No. 38 "About approval of the Regulations on the status of the observing station behind environment condition".
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
