1. In the Instruction about public offer of securities in the secondary market approved by the Resolution of the National commission on the financial market No. 64/4 from 31.12.2008, registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 661 of March 6, 2009 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 53-54, of the Art. 215), to make the following changes and additions:

1) In Item 1 of the word "and also procedure for response of minority shareholders in the cases established in Art. 21 of the h. (The Law on the security market" to exclude 84).

To add 2) After Item 15 with Items 151 and 152 of the following content:

"151. After the announcement the public offer cannot be withdrawn by the offerer.

152. The expenses connected with opening of customer accounts within public offer and also with transfer of securities in nominal ownership addressed to the broker, become covered by the offerer."
