Determine that the customs authorities specified in appendix to this Order have competence on making of the customs transactions connected with registration of the customs declaration concerning the goods imported (exported) on (c) territory(territories) of the special economic zones created in the Russian Federation including when placing goods under customs procedure of free customs zone and in case of completion of its action.
2. Determine that the customs authorities which are not specified in appendix to this Order have no competences to making of the customs transactions connected with registration of the customs declaration concerning the goods specified in Item 1 of this Order.
3. Not apply provision of this Order to the goods imported (exported) on (c) territory(territories) of special economic zones in the Kaliningrad and Magadan regions.
