About some questions of determination of starting price (price) of the public contract according to the state defense order

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. To Federal Tariff Service together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the state customers of the state defense order to prepare and provide in 2012 to the Russian Government Military-Industrial Commission on approval the methodical recommendations about determination of goods prices (work, service) connected with development, serial production, repair and field service of arms, the military and special equipment, delivered according to the state defense order by the single suppliers (contractors, contractors) determined in accordance with the established procedure by the President of the Russian Federation or the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. To Federal Tariff Service in 3-month time to develop with participation of the interested federal executive bodies and to approve in accordance with the established procedure the list of cost items which size is subject to indexation, on production of goods (works, services) delivered according to the state defense order.
