According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning project financing" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Determine that the special finance company based on the contract with the professional participant of the security market having license for activities on management of investment portfolio performs investment of the allocated assets and money which are part of the allocated assets, the following financial instruments:

1) the debt securities included in the official listing of stock exchange and conforming to Requirements to the issuers and their securities allowed to the address on the stock exchange, and also to the separate categories of the official listing of stock exchange approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 27, 2017 No. 54, registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15175 (further – Requirements No. 54);

2) the shares included in the official listing of stock exchange and conforming to the requirements provided by Requirements No. 54;

3) the government securities of the Republic of Kazakhstan (including issued in the territory of foreign state) issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and also the securities issued under guarantee of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) securities of issuers - nonresidents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, addressing on the foreign stock exchanges;

5) deposits in banks of the second level of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in case of compliance to one of the following conditions:
