2) the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of November 29, 2010 No. 169 "About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of August 28, 2009 No. 199 "About approval of Rules of issue of permission to reorganization of the accumulation pension fund" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 6724, published on September 16, 2011 in the Collection of acts of the central executive and other central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 7).
