1) structure of the development plan for the joint-stock companies controlled by the state, limited liability partnerships and the state companies (further - the Development plan) according to appendix 1 to this joint order;
2) forms and the list of indicators of the Development plan according to appendices 2-28 to this joint order.
2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 29 to this joint order.
3. To department of policy of management of the state assets of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Shvartskopf I. A.):
1) together with Legal department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Turmaganbet T. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide state registration of this joint order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
