About use of the mechanism of the exchange biddings when purchasing separate types of import raw materials and products

For the purpose of streamlining of procurement process of import raw materials and products, enhancement of the state regulation machinery in the field of wholesale trade, control and increase in cost efficiency of purchases the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. To provide to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom in accordance with the established procedure with the subordinate organizations, and also economic societies concerning which the Republic of Belarus or its administrative and territorial unit, having shares (shares in authorized funds), or other image which is not contradicting the legislation can determine the decisions made by these economic societies:

1.1. the maximum purchase of import soy and sunflower cakes, vegetable oils, feed additives and grain at the exchange biddings of "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company;

2.  No. 839 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 08.10.2015

3. To "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company quarterly to inform Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on results of the exchange biddings and off-exchange transactions providing purchase of import soy and sunflower cakes, vegetable oils, feed additives and grain.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
