Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 13, 2001 "About weapon" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2001, No. 109, 2/810; 2005, No. 188, 2/1162; 2006, No. 107, 2/1235; No. 114, 2/1247; No. 122, 2/1259; 2007, No. 6, 2/1299; No. 305, 2/1398; 2008, No. 14, 2/1414; No. 157, 2/1445) following amendments and changes:

1. To add preamble part one after the word of "citizens" with the words "The Republic of Belarus, Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons (Further if Other Is Not Determined, Citizens)".

2. In Article 1 part one:

after the paragraph of the fourteenth to add part with paragraphs of the following content:
