Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2003 "About procedure and conditions of keeping of persons under guards" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2003, No. 76, 2/964; 2006, No. 4, 2/1171) following amendments and changes:
1. Article 1 paragraph two after words "the code of the Republic of Belarus," to add with words "The penitentiary code of the Republic of Belarus".
2. To exclude from part three of Article 5 of the word "are created, will be reorganized and are liquidated by the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus and".
3. In Article 6:
