About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the state program of arms and the state defense order"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 18, 2007 "About the state program of arms and the state defense order" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 123, 2/1329; 2010, No. 15, 2/1666) following changes and amendment:

1. In the paragraph the second Article 1 to replace the word "long-term" with the word "medium-term".

2. In Article 5:

after part three to add Article with part of the following content:

"The state program of arms is developed for the five-year period.";

the fourth and fifth to consider parts respectively parts five and the sixth.

3. The second Article 7 to state part in the following edition:

"Can be the state customers of military products and the special equipment the state body having military forming and (or) paramilitary organizations, and also the State military-industrial committee of the Republic of Belarus regarding accomplishment of separate research, opytnokonstruktorsky and experienced and technological works for creation of new samples (components), upgrade, prolongation of resource (useful lives) of arms, the military and special equipment.".

4. In Article 8:

state part one in the following edition:

"The draft of the state defense order is created by the State military-industrial committee of the Republic of Belarus based on proposals of the state customers.";

in part three to replace the word of "two" with the word of "three";

the fourth to state part in the following edition:

"The state defense order is placed and implemented according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus on public procurements taking into account specifics of carrying out public procurements of goods (works, services) in the state defense order.";
