2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

2. Movement of convicts from one IU in another is performed on specifying of Committee of criminal executive system (further - KUIS) on the basis:
1) court resolutions;
2) IU request about movement of the convict in connection with the state of health;
3) the conclusions of IU on safety of the convict;
