1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its subsequent official publication;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

Rules of movement of convicts to imprisonment

1. General provisions

1. These rules of movement of convicts to imprisonment (further - Rules) are developed according to the Penitentiary code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 13, 1997 and determines procedure for movement of convicts to imprisonment in correctional facilities (further - IU).

2. Movement of convicts from one IU in another is performed on specifying of Committee of criminal executive system (further - KUIS) on the basis:

1) court resolutions;

2) IU request about movement of the convict in connection with the state of health;

3) the conclusions of IU on safety of the convict;
