About introduction of amendments to the Law on the Center for fight against economic crimes and corruption No. 1104-XV of June 6, 2002

In the Law on the Center for fight against economic crimes and corruption No. 1104-XV of June 6, 2002 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002,
No. 91-94, of the Art. 668), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:
1. In part (1) Article 7:
Items h) and n) recognize invalid;
Item i) to state in the following edition:
"i) request with the permission of the head of specialized division and receive from bodies of the public power, legal entities and physical persons the documents, written proofs, information and data necessary for accomplishment of the tasks assigned to it according to the prevention and the analysis of acts of corruption and acts, adjacent to them, and also on consideration of the application or the message on the offenses or crimes which are within its competence, registered in accordance with the established procedure;".
2. In part (1) article 33 change concerns only the text in state language.
