About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of the mechanism of use of lands of defense

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Land code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2002, Art. No. 3-4, 27):

Article 77 to add 1) with part five of such content:

"5. Features of alienation of the parcels of land on which the objects of real military estate which are subject to realization are located and the parcels of land which are released in the course of reforming of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport are established by the law.

The means received from alienation of such parcels of land are enlisted in the Government budget of Ukraine and used only on requirement of defense according to the estimate of the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine according to the procedure, determined by the Budget code of Ukraine";

Part one of Article 128 to add 2) with the paragraph third such content:

"Features of sale of the parcels of land on which the objects of real military estate which are subject to realization are located and the parcels of land which are released in the course of reforming of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport are established by the law";

3) in Item 12 of the Section X "Transitional provisions":

word in paragraph one "the lands specified in the paragraph the second this Item" shall be replaced with words "the lands specified in paragraphs the second and fourth this Item";

add with the paragraph the fourth such content:

"Alienation of the parcels of land on which the objects of real military estate which are subject to realization are located and the parcels of land which are released in the course of reforming of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Public special service of transport is performed according to the procedure, established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
