The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Part third of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About implementation of public procurements" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 33, the Art. 471, No. 35-36, Art. 491; 2012, No. 12-13, of Art. 81; with the changes made by the laws of Ukraine of July 8, 2011 No. 3681-VI and of December 22, 2011 to add No. 4220-VI) with the paragraph of such content:
"natural gas; services in its transportation (including movements, chartering, insurance, plum/filling, inspection of quantity and quality), to distribution, delivery, storage; financial instruments, transactions with derivatives and risk management, financial services, services of the exchanges, auctions, electronic trading systems and other services which are applied in the international trade and financial practice during purchase and realization of natural gas which procurement is conducted by the subject authorized by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on forming of natural gas resource for consumers of Ukraine including for requirements of the population".
2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
