About approval of Changes to Instructions for use systems of centralized utility water supply and drainage system in settlements of Ukraine

According to part one of article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About improvement of settlements" and item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of the regional development, construction and housing and communal services of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 31, 2011 No. 633, for the purpose of input of single approaches to determination of amounts of sewage which are formed in the territories of settlements as a result of loss of atmospheric precipitation, snow melting I ORDER:

1. Approve Changes to the Instructions for use systems of centralized utility water supply and drainage system in settlements of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of questions of housing and communal services of Ukraine of June 27, 2008 No. 190, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 07, 2008 for No. 936/15627, which are applied.

2. To department of improvement of the territories and public service (Ignatenko O. P.) together with Department of normativnopravovy regulation (Tatarintseva M. A.) submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. To department of improvement of the territories and public service to bring this order to permission of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations for use in work and further bringing to permission of local government bodies.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister Alipov O. M.
