About the state legal statistics and special accounting

This Law determines the legal basis and the principles of implementation of the state legal statistics and conducting special accounting, powers and functions of authorized body, subjects of legal statistics and special accounting.

Article 1. The basic concepts used in this Law

In this Law the following basic concepts are used:

1) the state legal statistics - the industry of the state statistics based on centralized system of departmental accounting in criminal and legal, civil, administrative and legal spheres;

2) the state legal information statistical system - the integrated statistical electronic information resources of authorized body and subjects of legal statistics and special accounting;

3) legal statistical information - the documentary information provided by subjects of legal statistics and special accounting to authorized body;

4) documentary information - the information about persons, objects, facts, events, circumstances and other legal phenomena and processes occurring in criminal and legal, civil, administrative and legal spheres;

5) the information accounting document - material (paper, magnetic, optical, electronic) the carrier of legal statistical information of the established sample based on which data of the state legal statistics and special accounting are created;

6) legal statistical observation - statistical observation about the phenomena and processes exerting impact on general condition of legality, law and order, observance of the rights and legitimate interests of man and citizen, legal entities and the state;

7) civil statistics - industry of the state legal statistics about condition of civil legal relationship, civil and administrative legal proceedings, and also enforcement proceeding in the civil sphere;
