I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 18, 2003 No. 1166 "About creation of the special economic zone "Park of Information Technologies" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2003, No. 33, Art. 322; 2005, No. 30, Art. 383; 2008, No. 38, Art. 404; 2009, No. 40, Art. 388) following changes:

state heading in the following edition:

"About creation of the special economic zone "Park of Innovative Technologies";

state preamble in the following edition:

"According to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 21, 2011 "About special economic zones in the Republic of Kazakhstan" and for the purpose of creation in the country of new competitive industries and the most complete use of scientific and technical and innovative capacity of the Republic of Kazakhstan I DECIDE:";

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Create the special economic zone "Park of Innovative Technologies" (далееСЭЗ) for the period till January 1, 2028.";

To be reworded as follows the regulations on the special economic zone "Park of Innovative Technologies" approved by the above-named Decree according to appendix to this Decree.

2. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this Decree.
