For the purpose of ensuring consecutive implementation of the state social policy concerning increase in standards of life the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Determine that the pensions granted (counted) till 2008 using indicators of the average salary (income) on average on one insured person in general in Ukraine from which insurance premiums are paid for 2005-2006 according to the Laws of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance" and "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (to persons from among the military personnel of conscription service and to members of their families) and using indicator of the average salary of the workers occupied in industries of economy of Ukraine, including in agricultural industry for 2003-2006 according to the Law of Ukraine "About scientific and scientific and technical activities", are recalculated using indicators according to the average salary (income) on average for one insured person in general in Ukraine from which insurance premiums, for 2007 and the average salary of workers are paid, occupied in industries of economy of Ukraine, including in agricultural industry, for 2007.
The pensions to persons from among the military personnel of conscription service and to members of their families appointed till 2007 according to the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" without application of indicators of the average salary (income) on average on one insured person in general in Ukraine from which insurance premiums are paid are recalculated according to the procedure, established by paragraph one of this Item, using indicator of the average salary (income) on average for one insured person in general in Ukraine from which insurance premiums, for 2007 are paid.
