1. Approve the Procedure for the state inspection of educational institutions which is applied.
2. To the Ministry of Education and Science, youth and sport together with the State inspection of educational institutions to submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning entering into acts of the legislation of the changes following from this resolution in a month.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of implementation of the state inspection of educational institutions of all types and levels of accreditation irrespective of pattern of ownership and subordination for the purpose of identification of violations of requirements of the legislation concerning provision of educational services and state standards of education and prevention of such violations (further - inspection).
2. Inspection is performed by GIUZ by carrying out complex or selective check which can be planned or unplanned, exit or not eligible to travel abroad.
Inspection is performed in such directions:
accomplishment by educational institution of provisions of the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, other regulatory legal acts concerning education;
observance of requirements of state standards of education by educational institution;
