1. Approve the enclosed Regulations of information exchange with obligatory reflection of operating automatic control of synchronism of data.

2. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to determine responsible persons for forming and reception-transmission of information and ten-day term from the date of signing of this joint order;

3. 4. This joint order becomes effective from the date of its signing.
