I. General provisions

1. This Provision regulates accounting treatment, estimates and realization by Management of precious metals of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic of precious metals, gemstones and products from them (values are hereinafter referred to as):

- the precious metals confiscated based on sentences, determinations and resolutions of the courts or according to solutions of others authorized on that by the state of bodies and transferred to Management for realization;

- recognized in accordance with the established procedure as ownerless;

- passed in accordance with the established procedure on inheritance right to the state ("the inherited values");
