About measures for the state support of development of affinaging production in the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of production incentive and the attraction of additional amounts of raw materials (alloy, scrap, shlikhovy gold, etc.) containing precious metals, made in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and imported from foreign countries for conversion at refinery of the open joint stock company "Kyrgyzaltyn" Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. According to parts 2 and 3 of Article 239 of the Customs code of the Kyrgyz Republic to establish the amount of customs duties for customs clearance:
- when importing raw materials (alloy, scrap, shlikhovy gold, etc.) containing precious metals - in the amount of 100 (hundred) settlement indicators for the Kyrgyzaltyn open joint stock company moved through customs border of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of conversion at refinery;
- when exporting of products of affinaging production by Kyrgyzaltyn open joint stock company - in the amount of 100 (hundred) settlement indicators.
2. Recognize to invalid:
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for the state support of development of affinaging production in the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 11, 2000 No. 68;
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 11, 2000 No. 68 "About measures for the state support of development of affinaging production in the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 18, 2001 No. 570;
- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 11, 2000 No. 68 "About measures for the state support of development of affinaging production in the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 21, 2001 No. 803.
