2. Under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide to management of precious metals conducting assay examination of jewelry and other products from the precious metals delivered to the republic by legal entities and physical persons.

3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic to render assistance to employees of Management of precious metals under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic in establishing order in the markets and in places of trade on suppression of unauthorized sale and buying up of products and scrap from precious metals.

4. Declare invalid:

- paragraph two of Item 2 of the Regulations on tests and branding of jewelry (household) products from precious metals in the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 9, 1997 No. 15;

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of November 27, 1998 No. 773 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 9, 1997 No. 15 "About approval of the Regulations on tests and branding of jewelry (household) products from precious metals in the Kyrgyz Republic".
