About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About public service" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 12, the Art. 529) the following changes:

in Article 12:

"Are part of Council:

- one representative of parliamentary majority (the vice-chairman of Council) and one representative of parliamentary opposition appointed by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic for a period of one year;

- one representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic (the vice-chairman of Council) appointed by the President for a period of one year;

- two representatives of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic appointed by the Government for a period of one year;

- one representative of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic appointed by the chairman of the Supreme Court from among members of the Supreme Court for a period of one year;

- the head of authorized state body for public service (chairman of the board) on permanent basis.

The representative of special-purpose committee of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, and also the head of state body take part in work of Council by consideration of the question concerning this body (under approval).";
