About the organization in the Republic Kyrgyzstan of production for conversion of secondary precious metals

For the purpose of the organization of conversion of waste and scrap of precious metals the Government of the Republic Kyrgyzstan decides:

1. To Kyrgyzaltyn state concern to organize production on conversion of secondary precious metals.

2. To industry ministry and trade of the Kyrgyz Republic and to Kyrgyzaltyn state concern to make buying up of secondary precious metals and the companies, organizations and organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership by the conclusion of contracts (agreements) with them.

3. Recommend to Management of precious metals of National Bank of the Republic Kyrgyzstan:

- develop and approve the Procedure for collection and sale of secondary precious metals;

- in case of creation of limit of leave to establish the scope of supply of secondary precious metals to Kyrgyzaltyn state concern, considering at the same time amounts of their deliveries to the Russian Federation based on the signed intergovernmental agreements;

- exercise control over the implementation of this resolution.
