About entering of amendment into the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Bring in part of 1 Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following amendment:
add Article 265 with Item 5 of the following content:
"5. Recognition of the property right to property owing to acquisitive prescription is performed by court.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
