About modification and amendments in the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 1 of January 3, 2012 "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2012"

Due to the modification and amendments in budget classification and for the purpose of execution of the Law on the government budget and decisions of local councils on approval of budgets of administrative and territorial units for 2012 I ORDER:

1, of 2, 5 to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 1 of January 3, 2012 "About procedure for transfer and accounting of payments in the national public budget by means of treasurer system of the Ministry of Finance in 2012" to be reworded as follows appendices No.:

- Appendix No. 1 "Qualifier of treasurer acquisition accounts in the government budget";

- Appendix No. 2 "The qualifier of treasurer acquisition accounts in budgets of district, local authority budgets of Chisinau and Belts, the central budget of ATO Gagauzia and local budgets";

- Appendix No. 5 "Treasurer accounts for receipt of the penalties imposed by road traffic police".
