About modification and amendments in article 9 of the Law on public procurements No. 96-XVI of April 13, 2007
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In part (1) article 9 of the Law on public procurements No. 96-XVI of April 13, 2007 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 107-111, of the Art. 470), with subsequent changes, to make the following change and addition:

Item g) to state in the following edition:
"g) considers and registers the agreements on public procurements signed as a result of holding procedures of purchases within 15 calendar days from the date of submission of documentation on the biddings in the Agency and its registration (except for the agreements signed by means of request of price offers);".
