About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008

In the Code of the Republic of Moldova about offenses No. 218-XVI of October 24, 2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 3-6, of the Art. 15), with subsequent changes, to make the following change and addition:
1. Add Article 364 with part (51) the following content:
"(51) Distribution of the outdoor advertizing which is not meeting the requirements of the law
attracts imposing of penalty on physical persons in the amount of 20 to 150 conventional units and on legal entities in the amount of 300 to 500 conventional units.".
2. In part (1) Article 400 of the word and figure "parts (1) - (5) Articles 364," shall be replaced with words also in figures "parts (1) - (51) Articles 364,".
