About entering of amendment into article 16 of the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585-XIII of February 27, 1998

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Article 16 of the Law on compulsory medical insurance No. 1585-XIII of February 27, 1998 (1998, No. 38-39, of the Art. 280), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (21) the following content:

"(21) the Balances in cash formed as a result of execution of funds of compulsory medical insurance previous budget year are listed the next accounting year and are distributed by the annual law on funds of compulsory medical insurance or by amending the law on funds of compulsory medical insurance for the corresponding year in the following proportions: 25% - in fund of payment of medical services; 25% - in reserve fund of compulsory medical insurance; 50% - in fund of development and upgrade of public suppliers of medical services. The administrative board of the National company of medical insurance performs monitoring of correctness of distribution and use of balances in cash.".
