About entering of amendments and changes into separate resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and some questions of interaction of tax and customs authorities with banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations with use of the automated information system "Interaction"

For the purpose of enhancement of order of interaction of tax and customs authorities with banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations with use of the automated information system "Interaction" and according to part four of Item 1 of article 53 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make additions and changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2007 No. 1829 "About some questions of interaction of registering bodies with republican state bodies and other organizations for state registration of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs and other questions" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 5, 5/26480; 2009, No. 41, 5/29263; No. 174, 5/30194; 2010, No. 136, 5/31977):

in the Regulations on the automated information system "Interaction" approved by this resolution:

to add Item 1 after words of "individual entrepreneurs" with words ", liquidations of legal entities (the termination of activities of individual entrepreneurs), and also when opening to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of accounts in banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations";
