in view of the objective need for creation of proper conditions for work of diplomatic representation of the Republic of Belarus and diplomatic representation of the Republic of Moldova in the territory of the state of other Party,
proceeding from the principle of reciprocity, the equal rights and equal responsibility,
aiming at further development and deepening of the bilateral relations,
based on the Vienna convention on the diplomatic intercourses of April 18, 1961,

The location, borders, the area and conditions of use of the specified parcel of land are determined by the lease agreement of the parcel of land.
The Belarusian Side leases on the terms of reciprocity to the Moldavian Side for requirements of diplomatic representation of the Republic of Moldova the parcel of land Ploshchad 0,29 of hectare which is located at: Minsk, the Starovilensky path, for a period of 49 years for the rent 1 Belarusian ruble a year.
The location, borders, the area and conditions of use of the specified parcel of land are determined by the lease agreement of the parcel of land.
