The Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of construction of Turkmenistan which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties
based on general desire to develop cooperation in the field of industrial, housing and social construction,
agreed as follows:
The parties will communicate, experience and results of the conducted researches according to opportunities of both Parties in the following areas:
creation of mechanisms and operating time of experience of construction of industrial, residential and social facilities, release of construction products and materials for industrial and housing construction;
policy and strategy of planning, financing and implementation of industrial, housing and social construction;
the legislation in the field of industrial, housing and social construction, release of construction materials and building constructions;
the organization of researches in the field of production of building materials on durability, stability, reliability and quality;
designing of constructions taking into account seismic protection of buildings and construction objects;
training and advanced training of specialists in the fields of industrial and civil engineering, release of construction materials, designs and products;
the conclusion of contracts and preparation of the tender documentation in both countries on construction and delivery of construction materials;
carrying out scientific and technical consultations;
development of technical regulations and rules of construction and production of construction materials.
The parties shall establish cooperation in the corresponding industries of both countries for determination and the analysis of opportunities and sales terms of different projects in the field of construction and production of construction materials in the Republic of Belarus, Turkmenistan, and also in any other country.
