1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 8, 2010 No. 40 "About approval of the List of professions and specialties which receipt in the correspondence, evening forms and in the form of the external studies is not allowed also Instructions for issue of permission to training in the form of the external studies in the organizations of education giving the higher education" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 6111, No. published in the Collection of acts of the central executive and other central state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan 11, 2010 (12.07. 2010)), following amendments:
