1. Reorganize the Republican state state company "Information and Presentation Center" of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan by transformation to Dara Kyzmet limited liability partnership (further - partnership) with absolute share of the state in the authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of partnership:

1) operation of the building "Administrative and technological complex "Transport Tower";

2) transport servicing of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) approval of the charter of partnership;

2) state registration of partnership in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) in a month from the date of state registration of partnership transfer of share of the state in the authorized capital in ownership and use to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
