About modification of the Regulations on procedure for issue of individual licenses on transfer of foreign currency out of limits of Ukraine for payment of bank metals and carrying out separate currency transactions

According to requirements of Articles 7, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" and Sections II and III of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 19.02.93 No. 15-93 "About system of currency control and currency exchange control" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: 44 Laws of Ukraine

1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure for issue of individual licenses on transfer of foreign currency out of limits of Ukraine for payment of bank metals and carrying out separate currency transactions approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 17.06.2004 No. 266, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 16.07.2004 for No. 897/9496 (with changes), such changes:

1.1. In Item 1.5 of Chapter 1:

to add Item after the paragraph of the ninth with the new paragraph of such content:

"transfer of warranty providing for participation in the tender which provides delivery of goods (products, works, services, intellectual property rights), in the amount which is not exceeding in equivalent 10 000 euros in one calendar year for benefit of one person".
