About modification of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of acts of civil status of citizens

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for maintaining the State register of acts of civil status of citizens approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 22, 2007 No. 1064 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 65, Art. 2516; 2008, No. 21, Art. 600; 2011, No. 84, Art. 3078; 2012, No. 71, Art. 2870, No. 90, Art. 3651; 2015, No. 50, the Art. 1601, No. 69, the Art. 2276), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for maintaining the State register of acts of civil status of citizens

1. In Item 2:

the fourth after the word to "registrars" to add the paragraph with words ", and also in the case provided by the law, to officials of public authorities";

word in paragraph five "structural divisions main" shall be replaced with words "main territorial", and to exclude the word "Ukrgosreestra";
