1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of open joint stock company in the field of mobile wireless communication" of May 26, 2011 No. 247 the following change:

- state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. To fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to offer for auction of 750 (seven hundred fifty) common nominal shares of Kyrgyzmobaylkompani open joint stock company constituting 75 (seventy five) percent of the authorized capital.".

2. Under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to provide to fund for management of state-owned property assessment of market value of 750 (seven hundred fifty) common nominal shares of Kyrgyzmobaylkompani open joint stock company constituting 75 (seventy five) percent of the authorized capital.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of economy and investments of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
