About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 26, 2011 No. 28

For the purpose of enhancement of the procedure of introduction of drafts of decisions for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Regulations of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 26, 2011 No. 28 the following changes and amendments:

in the Regulations of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the specified resolution:

- in Item 16 of the word "the minister of the Kyrgyz Republic - the Chief of staff of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" shall be replaced with words "The chief of staff of the Government - the minister of the Kyrgyz Republic";

- state Item 64 in the following edition:

"64. On each question submitted for consideration of the Government are represented: - accurately formulated draft decision of the Government;

- originals of cover letters and sheets of approvals to drafts of decisions;

- the reference reasons which shall contain the purposes and tasks which presumably will be reached or solved as a result of acceptance of regulatory legal act; forecasts of possible social, economic, legal, human rights, gender, ecological, corruption effects of action of the adopted regulatory legal act; information on results of public discussion in case it be carried out; analysis of compliance of the project of regulatory legal act to the legislation; availability of sources of its financing; - in case of modification and/or amendments in regulatory legal acts and other decisions - the comparative table of the operating and offered edition;

- the table with indication of the offers and notes provided by state bodies in case of approval with them of the draft decision with information on their decision;
