About liquidation of Administration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

According to the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification of some decisions of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 9, 2012 the No. 81 Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Liquidate Administration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. To Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- form liquidation commission, having charged to it to hold the relevant activities for liquidation of Administration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- make documents acceptance and appliances of the liquidated Administration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- consider question of employment of the workers released in connection with liquidation of Administration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- in accordance with the established procedure to submit the liquidation balance sheet for approval of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and to prepare document package, necessary for registration of the termination of activities of Administration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- take other measures following from this resolution.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to allocate financial resources for dismissal wage payment and compensations, and also coverings of the expenses following from this resolution.

4. Declare invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Administration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 24, 2012 No. 144;

- the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of Administration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 12, 2012 No. 167.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
