About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1. Introduce in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric and mail service" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 8, the Art. 230a) the following changes and amendments:
1. In all text of the Law of the word "National Communication Agency" and "National Communication Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized state body on communication" in the corresponding cases.
2. In all text of the Law of the word "Ministry of Transport and Communications" in different case forms shall be replaced with words "authorized state body on transport and communications" in the corresponding cases.
3. In part 7 of Article 6 "President" shall be replaced with words the word "order of the Government".
4. To state part 3 of Article 7 in the following edition:
"The regulations on authorized state body on communication affirm the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
5. To add the paragraph of the seventh part 2 of article 8 after words of "enterprise monopolists" with the words "with the consent of authorized state body on the antimonopoly policy".
6. To add parts 4 and 5 of article 13 after the word Kyrgyztelekom with the words "with the consent of authorized state body on the antimonopoly policy".
7. The paragraph one of part 2 of article 17 after the word "communications" to add with the words "with the consent of authorized state body on the antimonopoly policy".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About oil and gas" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 327) the following changes:
1. Regarding 1 Article 8 of the word "foreign" and "goods, works and services" to exclude.
