Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About power" of October 30, 1996 No. 56 the following change and amendment:
in Article 9:
in Item 13 the word "electro-" to exclude;
add Article with Item 14 of the following content:
"14) to approve electricity tariffs with the consent of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
