This Law establishes the legal basis of production and safe handling of pesticides, including with their influencing substances, and also agrochemicals for the purpose of protection of human health and the environment.
In this Law the following basic concepts are used:

agrochemicals - fertilizers, the chemical ameliorants, feed additives necessary for growth and development of plants, regulation of fertility of the soil and top-dressing of animals;
active ingredient of pesticide - biologically active part of pesticide which use in different types as poisons leads to impact on this or that type of harmful organism or as medicine - on growth and development of plants;
