Approve the Procedure and conditions of provision in 2012 for subvention from the government budget to local budgets on acquisition of medical motor transport and the equipment for health care institutions which are applied.

Procedure and conditions of provision in 2012 of subvention from the government budget to local budgets on acquisition of medical motor transport and the equipment for health care institutions

1. The data Procedure and conditions determine procedure for granting in 2012 of subvention from the government budget to local budgets on acquisition of medical motor transport and the equipment for health care institutions (further - subvention).

2. The main manager of subvention is the Ministry of Finance.

Managers of subvention are determined by decisions on such budgets according to the legislation by local budgets (further - managers of subvention).

3. The subvention goes for acquisition for health care institutions:

medical motor transport;

medical equipment.

The direction of subvention on acquisition of medical motor transport and the equipment, expenses on which are provided in the government budget according to other budget programs, is not allowed.

4. Use of subvention is performed in the amounts provided in appendix 7 to the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2012".
