Make the following changes to the "Provision on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 29, 2004 No. 16 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic 2004, No. 1, Article 22; 2005, No. 10, Article 910; 2008, No. 11, Article 970; 2009, No. 2, Article 59, No. 7, Article 532, No. 12, Article 983; 2010, No. 11, Article 964; 2011, No. 2, Article 85):
1. In Article 8.5 of the word "in accordance with the established procedure to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic" shall be replaced with words "according to" rules of introduction by the central executive bodies and the companies of offers on the conclusion or denouncement of international treaties of the Azerbaijan Republic belonging to the state", approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of January 19, 2011 No. 373".
2. Add Article 8.5-1 of the following content:
"8.5-1. Gives responses according to offers on the conclusion or denouncement of international treaties of the Azerbaijan Republic and texts of these agreements, approves compliance of transfer of the text in state language to the text in foreign language;".
3. Exclude Article 9.2.
